Finding your product Serial Number

The serial number can be located in the battery compartment or on the back of
the sub depending on the product you have. It will be on a thin white barcode
sticker and will comprise of 5 numbers 4 letters 7 digits e.g 11111 aaaa 1111111.

If you have problems finding your serial number please call our support team
on 0870 460 6080. The serial number is required for returns requests, any item
without a serial number will be rejected.
